Add Agreement Templates
Here you can create customized service agreements for your clients. Begin by entering a contract title and detailed contract terms. If you need assistance generating contract language, you can use the AI-Assist Contract Generation tool to help formulate appropriate terms. You will also define whether the agreement operates as a subscription (which must be closed manually) and set the contract duration to days, weeks, months or years. Additionally, you can select an invoice theme to customize the look of the invoices generated from this contract.
Under the Default Invoice Items section, you create a new item. Here, you can define key details such as the product, line description, quantity, unit price, and whether the item is on sale or has a discount. This feature allows standard invoice items to be automatically attached to your agreement templates, ensuring consistency and streamlining the invoicing process for each contract.
Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.
Instructions
- After completing each stage of Step 2: Create Your Team during your onboarding with Suprata, you will see Step 3: Set up Your Job Workflow expand on the welcome banner. Alternatively, you can click on the tab to expand it.
- In Step 3: Set up Your Job Workflow, you will see the hyperlink: Add Agreement Templates. Click here to enter the page Manage Service Agreement Templates page.
- Click Add Service Agreement Templates to enter the New Service Agreement Templates page.
- Enter the Contract Title.
- You may directly write the Contract Terms yourself. Alternatively you may use the Ai-Assist Contract Generation Tool by clicking on the hyperlink in the bottom right corner.
- Once on the Ai-Assist Contract Generation page, please follow the instructions and click Generate Content.
- After reading through the generated content and ensuring you are satisfied, click Use Content. (NOTE: You will be able to edit the generated content after this stage.)
- Fill in the remaining fields, Subscription, Contract Duration, Duration Units, and Invoice Theme.
- To add an invoice item, click Create New, under Default Invoice Items.
- Once complete and all details have been checked for accuracy click Save.
- The page should refresh and return you to the Manage Service Agreements Templates page where you will now see your added Agreement.
- To continue Company Setup, please click the link Continue Setup at the top of the page.
