Edit Cancel Reasons

 

This allows you to create specific reasons for canceling jobs or tasks within the system. These reasons could include customer cancellations, scheduling conflicts, unforeseen circumstances, or job reassignment. By defining clear cancellation reasons, you ensure accurate tracking of why jobs are canceled, which helps in analyzing patterns and improving business processes. This feature also enhances internal communication by providing team members with standardized explanations for job cancellations, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.

 

 

Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.

 

 

Instructions

 

 

  1. After completing each stage of Step 2: Create Your Team during your onboarding with Suprata, you will see Step 3: Set up Your Job Workflow expand on the welcome banner. Alternatively, you can click on the tab to expand it.





  2. In Step 3: Set up Your Job Workflow, you will see the hyperlink: Edit Cancel Reasons Click here to enter the Manage Cancel Reasons page.





  3. Click Add Cancel Reasons to enter the New Cancel Reasons page.





  4. Fill in the Cancel Reason Field.



  5. Once complete and all details have been checked for accuracy click Save.



  6. The page should refresh and return you to the Manage Cancel Reasons page where you will now see your added Cancel Reason.



    Congratulations! Assuming all previous steps were complete, you should now have completed Onboarding. Welcome to Suprata!
