Payment Settings
The Payment Settings section in Suprata allows administrators to manage automated payment preferences for prepaid credits. These credits are used for services like phone minutes, AI tokens, phone transcriptions, and image transcriptions after the default allotment provided by your plan has been used. Auto-refill ensures uninterrupted access to these features when additional credits are required. Configuring this setting streamlines operations and prevents service interruptions.
Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.
Instructions
- From the main Dashboard, click the Administration tab.
- You will enter the Administration Dashboard.
- Click on Suprata Settings.
- Click Payment Settings Tags from the expanded Suprata Settings tab to enter the Admin Settings (Payment Settings) page.
- Choose Yes/No from the dropdown in each field:
Auto-Refill Suprata Prepaid Bucket?
This toggle determines whether the prepaid balance for the Suprata system will automatically refill when it reaches $5 or below. - Once complete, click the green Save Changes button.
- A green confirmation banner will appear at the top of the page confirming “Settings Saved”.
