Introduction to Forms

 

Forms are a vital tool for businesses, providing standardized questionnaires and templates tailored to specific job types. Forms streamline documentation and ensure consistent data collection for jobs across various industries. Whether it’s an IT-related job with forms like "IT Equipment" or "Diagnostics," or a chimney inspection requiring a "Chimney Inspection Report," forms are automatically applied based on the selected job type.

Forms cannot be created or customized directly within the platform; however, users can request this to be performed by the Suprata team by submitting a ticket. This process allows businesses to obtain forms tailored to their specific operational requirements. As Suprata continues to grow, an expanding library of specialized forms will become available, designed to meet the needs of a vast range of industries.

Forms can either be added automatically as Default Forms—linked to job types and applied during job creation—or manually added or removed from existing jobs as needed. Once added, forms can be filled, edited, or submitted directly from the job page. This flexibility allows users to ensure accurate documentation at every stage of the job lifecycle, regardless of industry or task complexity.
