Booking Calls

 

The Booking Calls feature in Suprata allows authorized users to schedule and manage calls efficiently within the platform. Whether it's for yourself or another team member, this tool ensures seamless communication with existing or new contacts. By following a straightforward process, users can quickly book calls, add relevant details, and stay organized.

 

 

Prerequisites: Authorised Users.

 

 

Instructions

 

 

  1. From anywhere in the Suprata platform, you will see the quick action buttons at the top left of the screen.





  2. Click the dialler icon.





    (Note: Hovering your cursor over any of the buttons will reveal its action)





  3. The New Notification/Call Booking page will open.





  4. Pick from the dropdown menu if the call is for yourself or for anyone.





  5. Pick an existing contact or add one by clicking Create New, which will open the New Contact page.Once all fields are filled in on the New Contact page, click Save. You will be directed back to the New Notification/Call Booking page.

  6. Add a Call Subject and Call Info.



  7. Pick from the dropdown menu in the Call Book Time.





  8. Click Save. The call will now be booked.
