Tax Report (Uncollected Invoices)
The Tax Report (Uncollected Invoices) provides an overview of tax-related data for invoices that have not been fully collected. This report helps users monitor outstanding balances, tax obligations, and payment statuses. Users can filter data by date, account, or other criteria, and export the report for further analysis or record-keeping.
Prerequisites: Authorised Users.
Instructions
- From the main Dashboard, click the Reporting tab.
- Click Tax (Uncollected Invoices) from the dropdown menu to enter the Tax Report (Uncollected Invoices) page.
- Here you can review the uncollected invoice records in the table. Key columns include:
Date: The reporting date of the invoice, which is not yet fully collected.
Account: The customer account associated with the invoice, clickable for quick access to account details.
Subtotal: Displays the total amount of the invoice before taxes.
Taxable: Indicates the taxable portion of the subtotal.
Taxes: Shows the total tax amount applied to the invoice.
Total: The overall total of the invoice, including taxes.
Paid: The amount that has been paid toward the invoice so far.
Due: The remaining unpaid balance for the invoice. - To locate specific data, use the Search field in the top-right corner. Enter keywords such as months, categories, amounts, or other relevant terms to quickly filter the results.
- Adjust the Reporting Period by selecting a start and end date in the date fields at the top of the page. Alternatively, use the Today, This Month, Year to Date, or All Time buttons to filter the records quickly.
- You can Copy, Print, and export to PDF, Excel and CSV by clicking on the blue buttons at the bottom of the page.
