Sending an SMS
Sending SMS messages through Suprata is a simple and effective way to communicate with customers directly. The system automatically identifies SMS-compatible numbers, allowing you to quickly open the SMS interface and send messages from within the platform. This feature ensures seamless and professional communication, keeping all message threads organized under the relevant account and accessible via the Chat tab on the Booking page.
Prerequisites: Authorised Users.
Instructions
- Find the page for the Account holder you wish to contact.
- See saved numbers for the account in the Account Summary at the top of the page. If the number is SMS-compatible, a text bubble icon will appear next to the phone number.
- Click on the blue text bubble icon to enter the SMS interface. This is under the Chat tab on the Booking page.
- Here you can type your message and hit enter to send.
