Clocking In

 

Clocking In and Out is an essential feature for tracking employee work hours efficiently in Suprata. Employees can use this tool to record the start and end of their shifts and specify the type of work they are performing. This ensures accurate time tracking for payroll and accountability. The process is quick, user-friendly, and customizable based on the work categories defined by the administrator.

 

 

Prerequisites: Authorised Users

 

 

Instructions


  1. After an employee has logged on to Suprata and entered the main Dashboard, they should clock in, starting by clicking on their profile dropdown to reveal the menu.





  2. Click Timeclock to enter the Timeclock page.





  3. Click the blue Clock In button when commencing work. You will be prompted to choose the type of work you are starting.
    (Note: The options that will be displayed here are those created by the Suprata account owner, in the Administration side)





  4. Your status will update to In.





  5. When finishing work click the Clock Out button. Your status will return to Out.
