Edit Company Details

 

Here you will input all necessary company information, including your organization’s name, phone number, website URL, time zone and mailing address. Accurate details are important for generating professional invoices and ensuring communication is properly managed across your operations. You will also be able to upload a logo that will be used for print materials like invoices and other documents. Additionally, this section allows you to set your company's time zone to align operations accordingly. Ensure all fields are filled out correctly before saving your changes.

 

 

Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.

 

 

Instructions

 

 

  1. After registering your device and logging in to Suprata, you will enter the home page and see a welcome banner.





  2. In Step 1. Setup Company you will see the hyperlink: Edit Company Details. Click here to enter the Setup Company page.





  3. Fill in the relevant sections.



  4. After filling the sections and ensuring all details are accurate, click Save Changes.



  5. The page should refresh and a green banner will appear with confirmation “Setting Saved”.





  6. To continue Company Setup, please click the link Continue Setup at the top of the page.
