Create Teams

 

Here you can begin building your company's team structure by adding new teams. Each team can be customized with a name, assigned a color for easy identification, and designated as dispatchable or non-dispatchable based on their function. You can also set the order of teams to reflect your operational priorities, with lower-order teams appearing at the top for more visibility. This allows for streamlined management and clear oversight of your company’s organizational structure.

 

 

Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.

 

 

Instructions

 

 

  1. After completing each stage of Step 1: Setup Company during your onboarding with Suprata, you will see Step 2: Create Your Team expand on the welcome banner. Alternatively, you can click on the tab to expand it.





  2. In Step 2Create Your Team, you will see the hyperlink: Create Teams. Click here to enter the Manage Teams page.





  3.  Click Add Team to enter the New Team page.





  4. Fill in the fields, ensuring all details are accurate, and choose a team color.



  5. Click Save Changes.



  6. The page should refresh and return you to the Manage Teams page where you will now see your added team.





  7. To continue Company Setup, please click the link Continue Setup at the top of the page.
